Klo. came about as a way to share ideas, thoughts, musings, etc. with others. My hopes are that Klo. can be a place for discussion, reflection, and so much more. I have no expectations other than to create a challenge and project for myself. Anything more than that will be a very appreciated gift.
Currently, I am a university student and a lot if not all of the writing I do is for my classes like Communications and Anthropology. I love writing for those classes, but the writing is done based on the guidelines provided. I have rarely done any writing that does not follow a form of instructions from others, so I am hoping this is a good place to do so.
To be honest, my mother was the main catalyst for starting this blog as she has been for many of the ventures of my life. She's read almost everything I've written outside of educational pieces I've done, and even then she read all of my college essays, certain papers throughout high school and college, and anytime I mentioned our family dynamic. My hopes with this blog do extend beyond my own writing goals. I hope that this can be a form of communication with others. Maybe there will be something I talk about that someone has also been wondering or wishing to discuss. Perhaps it will be entertaining. Perhaps it will be just mom and me. Who knows.
